Yes, you can fax or mail, but I'm waiting for it to be available online. The same thing happened last year. It should come up soon.

There are many people having a terrible time registering with Roy Jones...someone said anyone with AOL will really have a problem.
I did manage, after many tries and 3 phone calls to Roy before I was able to register 2 dogs for a friend of mine in Italy.

I registered for conformation and Rally fine (I have TWC Roadrunner). At least I think I did

I have TWC Roadrunner too. I texted her I would see if mine is any better. Since our handler has AOL that looks to may not be option either but she could fax for us. I've never used Roy Jones system before, went into it last night, and does seem to be not the best I've tried to use before.I registered for conformation and Rally fine (I have TWC Roadrunner). I used Roy Jones to enter the NCNC regional just one dog yesterday and it was a pain in the butt and took me forever. I didn't even bother trying to register the other one for obedience nor did I tackle registration for the Nationals. I have TWC Roadrunner and it was terrible. Hate hate hate the Roy Jones online entry system. Much prefer MBF-Infodog.

I've used MBF-Infodog, Onofrio, Foy Trent. When I went in Roy Jones last night seems to really suck. Decided to wait until weekend to even look at it. Didn't want to spend forever doing multiple entries.

Tiika was still in their system since last year so it was really fast for me for the obedience once they finally got the show up on-line last Monday! Once you've entered all the info about the dog it works okay.

My newf owner finding same problem and me too. Played around a little bit and canceled out of it. It's entering a dog not in system with multiple co-owners or that you don't own. Not user friendly at all and really outdated.

After entering my friends dogs and having so much aggravation doing it from that web sight, I sent my own entries in today via snail mail....thank god most of the shows around me DON'T use Roy Jones.

It took me awhile to do them online. I did my owner's for her since having problems and part of mine. Then had to e-mail to correct dog owners info that she had already gotten in there needed to correct. I could not find any way to correct dog info once in their system other than e-mailing or calling. Not a very efficient entry system to say the least and cumbersome.
