Some humans dont deserve to live, how can a human do this to a creature, it is suspected that this is an acid burn, someone poured acid on this dog, dont worry, there is a board that is pouring out donations to rescue this boy.
he is goingto a kind home for fostering until they can match him with a caring human.
sometimes i wonder about the human race.....

Oh, this poor guy!!!!!!! I amazes me that there are such sick, horrible people out there. I hope he will be OK and finds the loving home he deserves!

There have been so many cases of animal abuse lately in this area. I wish the most awful things for these cruel horrible people... like being tied up to a post.... and turning all sorts of pit bulls loose on them... it's awful, ugly and vile.. but I get so angry.. and just want to hurt back...

I hate seeing pictures and stories on the news... there's a different one almost every week. However... it's really good that the media is focusing on this... because maybe, just maybe, our lawmakers will wake up, and come up with stiffer punishements... in Ohio, I believe the stiffest punishment is 3 months for the first offense... maybe 6 months for the second? That's a crime in itself. If someone can do this to a dog... they can certainly abuse humans as well.



I just want to weep....

That is just the worst picture i have seen.... That dog must have a strong spirit to still be alive after abuse like that. The person who did that should have acid poured on them.... !!!I am single and own 4 beautiful dogs. I lost my oldest in may....how anyone can treat a dog this way makes me sick !! I do everything i can to spoil my dogs and make sure that they enjoy their short lives on this earth. People that hurt animals like that ...need their life spans shortened !!!!

Oh My God! I waited a couple days to open this post, because I too can't believe how people can do this to an animal I just cannot fathom it. Do we know what is happening to the idiot who did this? I agree with the pitbull thing, but then of course they'd be deemed dangerous and put down. This moron will get a slap on the wrist. Someone should deem him dangerous and put him down.

Well, there is something we can do... try and find out where he's being prosecuted and write letters to the prosecuters and Judge.... it couldn't hurt.

As for the pit bulls... I know... they would be deemed as dangerous, and so it wouldn't be fair to them. But this s.o.b. needs to feel as much pain, if not more, than he inflicted on the poor dog. Sometimes, even in this so-called "civilized" society... an "eye for an eye" really makes more sense.

there is no solid proof, or evidance that anyone in particular did this, evidantly the idiot who did this set the dog free, no way to track owner no tags, no proof of identification with the city, many people do not liscense their pets.
as far as i have read so far, some nice kind hearted people found him wandering alonside the road in a wooded deserted area, they brought him into a shelter an aquaintance works and from there the dog is being put into foster and than a nice home.
