Use fabreeze to try to cover the smell of skunk!!! Last night hubby decided to let Maggie & Tily out at 4am...well there was a visitor in the yard outside their fence.....Thankfully it didnt get the girls when it sprayed but everything stunk in the house cuz we had the airconditioners on so when it sprayed outside they just sucked it all in. So then he sprayed a boat load of fabreeze everywhere to cover the smell. When I got up this morning I barely made it outside with the dogs to fresh air without yakking everywhere!! I'm sure my 9 wk pregnant touchy stomach didnt help matters but I couldnt stand being in the house until all the windows were opened and the fresh air blew threw from about 30 mins. I can still smell fabreeze Thankfully the skunk smell is gone but man was the combo NASTY!!!

Ya well we havent really announced it yet since I'm still in the 1st trimester and it was kinda a surprise for us so it took a bit to adjust to adding another one. But THANKS for the congrats

i hate the smell of febreeze it makes me ill.
i told hubby to stop using a tonn of it on his clothes.
i hate it! it repulses me and my nose gets all icky from it.
Skunk off is good to have on hand, it is in the sporting good stores.

I've found a product by Clorox, that works like Fabreeze, but smells more like laundry fresh from the line (instead of like whatever it is that fabreeze smells like). It's called Clorox "Fresh Care" Heavy Duty Fabric Refresher. You might want to get a bottle of that stuff. (It's quite a bit cheaper, too!)
