NCNE is also hosting a Breeders Seminar. This one will take place on Oct 21, 2007 at the Crown Plaza at the Crossings in Warwick, RI (same site as the '92, 2000 & 2008 Nationals). Schedule of events:
8-8:30am Registration & continental Breakfast
8:30-9:45am Tick Borne Diseases (Dr. Gary Block,DVM, MS, DACVIM Board certified internal medicine)
9:45-11:00 Daily Emergency (Dr. Scott Shaw,DVM)
11:00-Noon Gourmet Deli Buffet
Noon- 1:15pm Advances in Reproduction (Dr. William Truesdale)
1:15-2:15 pm. Canine Rehabilitation (Gail Henderson- Certified Canine Rehabilitation)
2:15-2:30 Refreshment Break
2:30-3:00pm Breeders Educational Video & the Breed Standard
3:00-4:00pm Breeder Moderated Discussion (Panel: Robin Seaman, Sue Jones, Anne Parsons)

Preregistration required by Sept 28, 2007. Fee: $25. per person (includes continental breakfast, lunch & refreshment break)

It was great finally meeting you too, Linda, after all these years! I actually decided to drive around and skip the ferry. I probably should have kept the ferry reservation, since I did hit traffic and it took me over 4 hours to get home. The seminar was so informative, that it was well worth the travel time up and back yesterday.
I am glad to see you made it home safely too and hope everyone else did too.
