My new Boy

I got my new puppy last Saturday. Sully is really happy with him, my Shihtzu is not. Sully gets between the puppy and the Shihtzu to protect the puppy. The first night when the puppy would start crying Sully would get up (he was in my bedroom, and the puppy in a crate in the living room), and go to the puppy, lay down until the puppy quit crying, and come back to my bedroom. He is such a good boy!!!

The puppy (Duggan), is doing great!! He is a doll!

Well congratulations but where are the pictures? You know the rules...LOL...Sounds like Sully is a dream babysitter...my Jake just likes to be the referee...

Aww, that is so sweet. Sully's taking care of the little one already. Made my day to think of him doing that. I think they're destined to be best friends.

I love it when the senior newf takes on baby sitting duties...that will make your life so much simpler and such a happy life for your puppy.....Your little Shitzu is just getting in early to let Duggan know to treat him gently. I don't mind that, puppies have to know boundaries and that not all dogs are frindly or toys to be played with.
