Introducing Ralph

So the time felt right to get another Newfie, its been 18 months since Bernie and he's just what I needed, I haven't laughed so much since Bernie, we have had him for 4wks and he's amazing! He's so different from Bernie which is a good thing, night times and leaving him alone, he's just amazing! First night home, I went to bed, got the camp bed out just incase, fully expected him to wake me several times in the night but nope, not a peek! Woke up next morning to pees and poos in the kitchen but was amazed! Think he's gonna be a cuddly monster cos when I sit on the floor he comes running over wanting fusses and getting on my knee and I love it! Forgot how much the land shark faze is a pain in the bum but I remember been in tears of frustration with Bernie but the only tears I have is with laughter, hes a muck monster, doesn't think twice about rolling in his pee so boy does he smell mad when he sleeps omg he drools a river! So his neck is wet, so you can just imagine how smelly he gets :!rolling: so his very own cleaning station with running hot and cold water comes in very handy! Iam hoping to do water works with him when he gets a bit older, so we will see how that goes, anyway enough of my rambling and here's Ralph, my muck and smelly monster

hahahaha. The second photo with the Santa hat looks like he's saying "ACK! What have I got myself into?" I'll be he is a million laughs. Lucky you.

He is so cute and I'm so happy for you.
Interesting, on FB recently there have been 2 other Newfs who had to be euthenized very young due to uncontrollable biting. Both of those owners have just got other Newfs and are saying the same as you, absolute darlings.
Hope to hear lots more about him.

Your pup is cute! Have you tried crate training? It helps with house breaking and you won't wake up to any "surprises"!
No haven't tried crate training, even though I still have bernies old crate, haven't tried it as Bernie hated it with a passion! But Ralph doesn't think twice about peeing on his bed, he is very lazy! May be worth a shot

Thank you every one, he's definitely brought joy to my life again, was very much needed
