Introducing Cooper James

Hi Everyone,

The inevitible happened and Cooper James finally arrived last Monday. I'm terrible with posting pictures -- hopefully this link will work. Please don't be shocked by all the hair -- I'm 100% Italian and my boys always take after my side of the family. Murphy came home from rehab today too -- I will try and post some of those pictures too. He seemed very disinterested in the Baby, but very happy to see my daughter. He is walking around the entire house and his back has straightened out significantly. You can tell the right leg is still luxated, but we are hoping with muscle strength he will not require any more surgery. We are both walking like Frankenstein dragging our right legs behind us. We are quite the pair. Hopefully the effects of the epidural on my right leg will wear off in 4 to 6 weeks. Thanks again for all the hysterical posts under my "home remedies" thread. At the very least you guys all had me laughing!!

He certainly does have a lot of hair, and he's quite the cutie! Congratulations on the new addition. How is your leg? Hopefully you'll be up and moving around really soon!

I see your leg is still numb, hopefully it heals soon, enjoy the rest while you can get it!

He is beautiful Tina! Wow...what a beautiful family you have! Such cute kids! Congratulations on little Cooper and also on Murphy coming home! I'm glad to hear he's doing well too!

Wow what a head of hair. He looks so much older because of his hair. BTW I didn't see any mother/son photos!

Tina, he is magnificent. Such a beautiful boy!
Hair is something I'm used to. My mothers family immigrated from Spain so we are all olive complected with dark hair. We were all born with lots of hair. I LOVE IT!
Congratulations to you and your family.
Glad to hear Murphy is doing well too!

I just LOVE babies with all that hair...! My third daughter had so much hair they put it up in a little "bam bam' thing at the hospital..He is just BEAUTIFUL....!

He's precious! Congratulations!! I adore the hair, I would have so much fun with that!! Your family is beautiful! How big was he when he was born?

WOW what a looker!! Love the head of hair! My daughter didn't have that much hair when she was 2 years old!!! All mine were blonde baldies! You have a wonderful looking family...congrats!!

Beautiful family you have Tina. What a coincidence my Grandson's name is also Cooper James and he just turned a year old and running around.Congratulations and thanks so much for sharing.

The baby is Gorgeous!!!! and so is the rest of your family!!! I'm so glad to hear that the ENTIRE family is home safe and sound including Murphy. I cracked up at your description of how you and Murphy are walking around. Hopefully with each passing day you both continue to improve.

Congratulations !!! Enjoy that sweet angel baby!! and try and rest when you can!!
