I'm GRADUATING!!!!

That's right. I had my oral defense today. I am officially graduating cause I passed it...YEAH! I have one paper left to turn in.

Graduation is on June 12th. I have decided that after being a student and employee at different times for the last 11 years I will walk, I need closure.

I'm so happy I can't sleep.

Once ya got the OD taken/passed....your life is back, the gates opened..and enjoy the stroll! I have always loved school..but there are..crunch times..and those can take a lot out of you. I hope you can wander about..free of schedules for awhile..smelling the roses..so to speak. Enjoy! ina n HB

It's funny that you posted this, because I was thinking about you yesterday, and wondering how things were going. So, I'm so very very happy and excited for you! You've worked hard and deserve to CELEBRATE! Way to go... sending you major high-5's!

Is your family coming for Commencement? Will you be able to come to Jeannie's? I'm sure we'll all be more than happy to help you celebrate!!!! :D

Well congrats to you!! I bet you are on cloud 9. I think you should try to come to the get together on Saturday--we all can help you celebrate. Maybe even get a cake for ya!!

Congratulations Laura!! You can certainly be sooo proud of yourself! You've accomplished a great deal, and now you deserve some relaxation time. Enjoy your family and friends for a while!

So get that registration sent in. It is only about 2 hours each way so you can stay and enjoy the BBQ too. We'll make it a graduation party for you!! Of course if you want any "gifts" you will have to take your chances on the brown bag raffles or auctions.
