I just bought a 2014 newf calendar from , (pets at home ) in Scotland , and april is , SNUFFLES , its him , I just checked through the archives and found the pic of snuffles that was posted here , and yes its the same pic , its great to have a newf calendar with a newf I feel I know in , so its just as I expected Snuffles is a world wide star ,

I have that calendar too and I thought it was Snuffles when I saw it,but I didn't think it could be him....Snuffles you are famous

Anyway the author, Seth Casteel, grew up here in Decatur. His parents still live here. I think it was in 2009 or 2010, he came to the local dog park to just take some pictures in general while home visiting the folks. And he had a camera with one of those expensive looking long white lenses. He had sold some I guess to Willow Creek Press that publishes the North America "Just Newfoundlands" calendars. Snuffles appeared in like both 2011 and 2012 calendars with slightly different pictures. I guess someone must have sold the pictures to Magnet and Steel who must have created a Newfoundland calendar for Pets At Home, a Great Britain pets supply store I gather like our PetSmart I am guessing from looking around the Internet a bit.
