How to keep up with people via fb

I am so sorry to loose this forum but what are people's handles (id name) and also which sites are you all on on fb.

Would hate to loose touch with people though I do find fb a harder site to navigate to find posts on

I'm currently off of FB (couldn't handle the memories popping up on such a fresh wound) but I am Myra Chabin. If anyone does a request when I feel I can handle things again I will accept the request. Just need to have some healing of my heart first, which I'm afraid will take some time.
