Yes to what Lisa said. Such riots are not unique to just Vancouver, sadly, or even to just sports - think about the riots around international political meetings (G10). It's become a norm for such events. And while the riots may well have been instigated by hard core agitators, the Vancouver chief of police was right in asking parents - where were your children? Why were there drunk 16 yr. olds out on the street?
