I received literature in the mail regarding the gov't wanting to regulate the supplements in our pets diets. Does this mean we're not going to be able to purchase gluc/chron/MSN etc

I also don't think this will change things too much. I too give my dogs human vitamins. My vet originally suggested this to me. He said it was the same and cheaper, too.

I, too purchase all my vitamins, glu, chon, kelp, flax, biotin, etc. at my healthfood co-op. The prices are much better.

Now, that being said, if the government does regulate the herbs we give our newfs, am I right in assuming I can continue to get them from my healthfood store?

I honestly don't think there is anything to worry about. This topic has been coming up again and again for years and nothing has happened. The report that was shown here is out of print from 1993.
