Seems they never play with their toys more than a few minutes. But to help keep things interesting, be sure to rotate those toys. So instead of cluttering your floor with lots of them, put them up and trade them out as she gets bored.
If you're looking for games to engage her mind, try the old shell game using plastic cups with a treat under one, or play "find it" games. Hide a treat under a blanket or somewhere else where she won't destroy furniture, etc. digging it out.
The treat ball actually kept my dogs entertained the longest. I put a portion of their meal (kibble) in it so they wouldn't be overeating.
Raw, unfrozen cow bones worked well, but if she is an aggressive chewer, she could break teeth on a really hard bone. If you can find knuckle bones, I think they work better. I never could find raw ones. Don't use the cooked, basted kind that they sell at the pet stores. They splinter and can cause internal problems. Bones are pretty greasy, too.
Squeaky toys are appealing for a while, but some dogs do squeakectomys on them. I've also tried empty milk jugs or pop bottles with the lids and rings removed, but they to tend to gnaw on the threads and ingest a bit of plastic. It helped if I removed the stuffing from old ripped stuffies and inserted an empty pop bottle, then sewed it up. You can buy limp, unstuffed toys that are made just for that purpose, too
With any toy, don't forget to supervise her.
