I've been a lurker for awhile, taking in all the Newf info and learning before we picked up our little girl. We finally got our girl three weeks ago. She is 13 weeks old and such a good girl. Her name is Astrid.

Never made the connection to Pippi Longstocking -- ha ha. Just a Scandavian name I liked and now my daughter likes it because the girl in How to Train Your Dragon is named Astrid. Astrid is quite the nipper, really my only "complaint" about her, but I know it's a puppy thing. Well, that and her attraction to sand, dirt and mud! Thank you for all the welcomes.
