Greyhounds in Need

I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct area but if someone would move it to make it right, thank you.
Dairyland Greyhound Racetrack in Kenosha, Wi. will be closing on December 31. Some 900 Greyhounds will need to be adopted otherwise they will be euthanized. Now is a great time to consider adopting a Greyhound. Please help get the word out--only 6 weeks to get this task done. Just an update..

Greyhounds Only and Midwest Greyhounds are working with DairyLand to rescue and rehome these greyhounds. You can go to Greyhounds Only site to see the dogs available at this time. I am sure they will be looking for people to adopt and to foster.

I talked to Cheryl yesterday and she said 9 Greyhound tracks were closing permanently. That's great in a lot of ways but a huge number of dogs nationwide to rescue now. Put the word out everywhere, all these dogs will need help.

I grew up with a Greyhound, they are such great sweet dogs. I hope they find homes!
