Green Tripe?

OK< Stupid question. As many of you know we live beside a "Dairy Farm". Now, can it be from dairy cows or just beef cattle? Just curious. And I found it canned too.! I might try it.

It can be from any cow that has been killed, it's the cow's stomach lining and contents after it's been killed.
