Oh, don't worry I e-mail the breeder daily telling them I'm ready for more, so hopefully soon, other wise I'm going up to see him around the 14th, so loads of pictures shall be taken then! :)

I can't remember being so excited for someone ELSE to be bringing a newf pup home! Anxiously awaiting pics of the precious little one at home.

Yay! You know, Charlie was the runt of his litter by 8 lbs when I took him home. He is a happy, healthy (very big) boy now!!

I wouldn't worry about him being small, he sounds like he is doing great!! And aren't the last couple of weeks waiting torturous??? BTW...Milo (Saint), was a premature runt when I got him...now at 6 months he is 24 inches at the shoulder and almost 80 pounds.

Thanks everyone!
Vicky, Milo is a moose now, haha! Good to hear!
Courtney, Gilligan isn't too far behind Steely at that age, so that's good news too! I don't think I'll be raising a dwarf, although I'll love him at any size.

Hi Chantel,

Dont worry too much. A while back, we had a litter that I gave the 2 pups away to my sis in law and her neighbor. They had very very rough starts (almost died) and were extremely small. At 10 weeks they were about 1/2 the size they should have been. My gut feeling was that there was something wrong that just hadnt shown up yet. WELL....let me tell you, they caught up and are now wonderful lil mosters. They just turned 1 year old, and are on the small end of normal for the standard, both in weight and height, but they DEFINITELY are not dwarfs, nor did they end up having any health problems that we know of. They just got off to a very rocky start.
