Firefighter Shoots Dogs

I ran across this story the other day and was absolutely horrified. How can someone that is trained to save lives do something like this?

Nothing surprises me anymore these days. Remember the Police Officer who beat his dog in front of other officers and the dog actually urinated and defecated on the spot. His Chief tried to cover up for him while others told of complaints they had made against him. Pathetic. He couldn't find anyone to look after them and it's suggested that he hung them from something first. I bet he gets off. I get so mad when I see these stories.

This is an old, OLD story....The fireman in question was sentenced to 90 days in jail. There is still litigation ongoing attempting to remove him from the fire department.

Wow 90 days for killing both his dogs. Why didn't they just slap his wrists?
