Dosage for Cetyl M

Hi

Can anyone give me some idea of what kind of dosage is required for Cetyl M for arthritis. Is it a suppliment to be taken daily for a few weeks then stop or is it continual?

I would like to try it for Bellas arthritis but am wondering if 500mg per day is enough.
