DOck Dog National Championship

Just want to let everyone who has asked that Bristles and I participate this past weekend at the DockDog's National Championship in Dubuque, IA. We had a blast and she ended up 30th out of 80 dogs in the junior division. Her jumps were 13' on Friday and 12'6" on Saturday. She also raised $300.00 for the Chase Away K9 Cancer fund :new_smilie_colors1:by walking around the venue in her donation vest. On Sunday morning she and I participated in a memorial service for all the dogs and people we have lost this past year in dock dogs. We launched a balloon in remembrance of all our newfie friends as well. It was a great weekend and we had a blast. This offically ends the water season for this year much to Bristles disappointment. It has been a great season and thanks to everyone who help us earn our WD and help us towards our WRD. Just wait until next year.

Well done!!!! I think what she does in dock diving is pretty awesome. And please give her a hug for the good job with the donations. I lost one very special boy to cancer.

That would be cool if our training group all got their WRD's at the same test. Ricky says he is ready for next years Dock Diving!
