Deleted my Facebook and lost my Newfie groups

I just deleted my Facebook page over the privacy or lack of privacy concerns. Doing so, lost all my access to Newfie pictures and Newfie owners. I am hoping this group can fulfill my need to see pictures of these gentle giants and continue to learn about them. I have two Calvin and Hobbes who will be 8 yrs old on April 15. We live in Manitowoc WI. I will be reading and watching.
I have actually been a member of this group for a couple of years.

So glad you joined us! This forum is not as active since Facebook became popular, but there are still loyal members here who take part. I'm not a FB fan, so come here everyday instead. Even though I've lost all my dogs now, I still need my fix. There's just something about this breed that stays in your blood.

I'm a regular here but haven't posted pictures in a while, so I guess I better experiment and figure out how to do it again. I've always hated FB for the lack of privacy but I kinda knew that going in. I've always felt comfortable with this forum.

I found the only way I can post photos these days is copying from FB and as for resizing photos, forget it, I am NOT very computer savvy lol.

I still cannot transfer pics from FB... FB does not worry me as I post nothing important that will be of any use, just dogs and more dogs. Though I have been pm'd several times to let me know my pictures are being used by someone on some products as are a few others.......Welcome back
