Cooper, the nosy neighbor

Cooper is so crazy tall!! Our fence is just over 5ft. He likes to stand on two legs with his front paws propped on the top of the fence and watch the neighbors in their back yard. I can't even see over the fence myself. The neighbors think it's hilarious.

Sounds like Cooper is just trying to be an over the fence neighbor like Wilson, next door to Tim Allen.
