My husband was just offered a job in North Canton, Ohio. He has a week to think it over, but there's a 98% chance we'll be moving there this summer. He's getting his PhD and will graduate this spring, then start teaching in August.

Since we'll be relocating to a completely new state, I was wondering if there are any Newfs around to meet up with sometime? Maybe a local club to join? Or even a breeder?

Of course!!! I fell absolutely head over heels in love with Ghallager, but we just couldn't do it at the time. Do you ever get updates on him?!?

Yes we get updates about Ghallager....he even has his very own Face Book page He was adopted by a great couple who live in Columbus, OH. His mom is a dj for a local radio station and he is a rock star....regularly attending many radio station events. Kim

There are a TON of us Newf owners in Ohio. Maybe I'll plan another GTG for the summer? I've got to survive spring first though, but the area is great for Newfs and their owners!

It's true, I'm not terribly active here anymore but I am on FB every day. We should put a FB page together for Newf.Netters!

We were just there this weekend looking at the areas and houses. It's beautiful and we can't wait to settle in and take Elvis sight seeing!

I'll have to look for Ghallager's Facebook page! I a big believer in the "if it's meant to be, it will be", and Ghallager was totally meant to be famous! I'm so glad he's doing well and getting so spoiled.
