Beautiful pictures capturing priceless emotions. When I think of emotions, I think of Athena. No dog has ever been more expressive than she was. I immediately remember this picture of Athena after surgery hiding beside my daughter as I came to give her her meds.

On a brighter note, I love this picture of shear happiness of my old rescue lab and Athena two weeks before her surgery.

My first entry:
This is Morris and I on his "gotcha" day. The first time I had ever really been responsible for another being in my life and I couldn't have been happpier! I could cry thinking about it!

and now one to make you laugh- Morris finding the biggest puddle in the yard and proceeding to sit and then lay down in it.
