Candle Light Ceremony...

This has been a very sad week on Newf Net. We have 3 members who have each had a dog cross the Bridge. I am touched by the depth of feelings that I have read on each thread.

So, tonight, at 10PM EDT, I am going to light 3 candles...

One for Sergeant
One for Allie
One for Ivory

... I hope you'll all join me...

I've had my candles going for the past 2 1/2 hours. My husband is wondering why since it's not Monday (the normal night for the Candle Ceremony)

Our candles burned brightly until I went to bed. I told Russell about the ceremony... he normally teases me terribly about "Newf Chat", but Ivory was very special to Russell so he was very very quiet.
