I just picked up a brown female about 5 years old ,in my town from someone who got her from another person who found her running loose. No one claimed her, no microchip.
She had been chained to her 'dog coup'....ERRRRR and apparently was abused. When she was found she had many wounds on her, which are now healed.
When she meets new people she crawls on her belly to greet them, although her tail is always wagging.
She appears to be sound, and on the thin side, even for me. Her coat isn't too bad, and once she feels more comfortable, I'll work on combing out the tuffs from blowing coat..
She's housebroken, although when I brought in her she peed on the dog bed.. she gets along with kids, cats and other animals.
Diane Lynch has been contacted and hopefully she will be able to go to a wonderful permanent home.
I'd like to shoot the breeder, but that's another story...
