Hi Bettina, 4 water books and 5 grooming booklets arrived yesterday. Thank you! Will distribute to the others over the next week. Can't wait to start devouring both! Have already skimmed through the grooming booklet and it looks good!

Absolutely great to hear! Enjoy the grooming, but most of all the upcoming water season with hopefully lots of tips to spice up your own trainings :).

From now on, I will make sure to do warm ups and cool downs. Just like human athletes - duh, why did I never think of doing with the boys?

Very true Patti & glad you picked out that small, but very important information out! They really are athletes and should be treated as such, especially when working on high endurance water exercises.
