I know Rigsby did really well in obedience trials recently and now has his RN title. From Facebook:
"Kickin it in KANSAS! Rigsby earned a perfect score on his last leg and earned his new RN title today! and 1st place with 195 in beginner Novice for his 2nd leg. Bojie got 2nd place and earned his new BN title
I know why Toto and Dottie loved it here so much."

Ah! Thank you for posting this! I do not get NewfTide (yet). If anyone can scan it and send it to me, I'd love it. He was certainly the entertainment for the day. We were MORE than half way done with the test, he was passing and making me work my tail off, and I very stupidly said, right as we were going around a turn, "Good boy Boj, if you finish this, we'll go swimming, and you can jump off the boat and next you'll get your WRD title, and we'll have the best summer ever"...with that, we turned the corner and there was a big beach and HUGE lake. Nothing stopping him but sand. Luckily, my steward who we water train with, jumped on the back of his cart, and Bojie dragged him about 100 feet on his knees and he stopped him before he got to the water. I am an idiot! We were SO close! That's what I get for making him a water dog;-)
PS: Both Bojie and Rigsby earned their BN titles and Riggs also earned his RN in Kansas...At this rate, Riggs is going to kick Bojies butt big time.

Oh Bojie! He didn't hear "if you finish"... he thought you said he was finished! I could have done the same thing... :lol: Next time, Boj. Keep up the good work!

Bojie's escapade is almost as good as when Jenny Zablotney's Newf went in the River with his backpack on during his DDX trial in Caledonia, Ontario a few years ago. Tiika did her DDX there last June. All the Berner people couldn't stop talking about it as soon as they saw there was going to be a Newf in the trial! They made me promise Tiika wouldn't pull the same stunt!

This was the first time Boj ever blew me off, so I was a tad frustrated at the time/upset/defeated...it was only a few hours later that I realized he was just basically following my command to go for a swim. Everyone was laughing hysterically. He took off like a bat outta hell, full sprint. Ugh...what a meathead. One can always count on him to mix things up a bit.
