And voilà! Bob had a new name. Alexander Rhys.

Having chosen his name, there was just one problem. We realized it fairly quickly. All together, his initials spell ARM.
Love the name. :) And ARM could be worse. My brother's initials are JAW. (He DOES talk a lot). Maybe Rhys will be a great baseball pitcher ("And now, here comes the ARM to the mound!")

Anyway, when you monogram it's usually aMr and that looks pretty good.

Love the name-it's different, but not different like naming him Tamale Basket Jones.

Ashton's initials are...ABC. I couldn't decide on Ashton or Brooke as a first name, so I threw them together. I got lectured on naming her either one because it was too different. My Mother was the primary complainer, but she related it to her experience when she first got to the states with Jelka ( yell-ka) as a first name. She used Joan until things with bank accounts and the IRS got all wonky.. "I'm sorry ma'am, your id says Jelka but the name on the account is Joan" and changed everything back to her birth name.

Be prepared for odd comments though. I've had more people ask me, "Do you call her Ashley as a nickname?" than I can believe.

Love the name, and not that it matters, but as the grandmother of a Ronan, Dermot, Riona and Conor, I heartily approve of the Welsh/Celt connection. Well done!
