Another question

If you read my other post about my iPhone I now have another question.

Turning off everything caused all my notes and calendar appointments to be gone. Any way to get them back? I need my calendar!!! It's my life all organized on the phone.

You need to turn the iCloud on to access the calendar, notes, etc. Then they should sync. I'm not running iOS 7, and have had no trouble with battery life in the 5 months I've had the phone. Just checked and you can turn the mail off and still have iCloud running.

I can get the calendar. All my appointments are gone. I have the calendar and notes on in iCloud.

My son in law who is a detective for our county is going to look at my phone. His job is to get info from phones, computers and other devices.

Are they on the original computer? I am a mac at home, and have all my appointments on the desktop iMac which then syncs with all my Apple devices.

No I don't sync with my PC. I don't even use the cloud because when I did all my info went to my husband's phone and vice versa.

Set up two different emails for the iCloud, then they will sync to the specific one you are signed in with. I had trouble with my iPod, legacy one, and my PC. I ended up a Mac, and have not looked back. Few issues in the 5 years I've had them so I feel it has been worth it for me when I invested the initial cost.

Some one else told me that but I've never done it. Looks like I need to do it.

Got it fixed!!!! Just had to change the default calendar setting to calendar instead of home. DUH. Got back notes and calendar!
