My baby boy, Moby and I attended our first Sanctioned B Match today and we received a qualifying score in Rally Novice B. He is just 6 months and 3 weeks old. *Sweet*

I can't tell you how many signs he knocked over, he has no sense of his size at this tender age, lol, but we did it! In his defense, the set up made it a very small ring. I even had to ask the judge to move the spiral because he and I would have never made it around the third cone and I am not a big person at all. This was the first time I was able to 'proof' him and he didn't let me down! Hopefully, he will be able to earn his RN sometime this spring! :allg069:

Thank you guys, we don't get a leg at a B match, it's like a 'practice' dog show, but now I know we can do it someplace other than our house and yard, lol.

I wanted to enter him in conformation too, but the judge is my conformation trainer, and I didn't think it would be ethical to enter him.

Big congrats to you and Moby!!! And yeah, one of the first things I was told in rally is to not be afraid of asking the judge to make the ring fit a large breed. A newfie just can't maneuver in the same space a dachshund can.

I don't know much about the agility stuff you're talking about, but that avatar is to die for. I don't know how you can stand the cuteness!
