A carting we will go...

This was taken Easter weekend at the Healthy Children's Fair in Portland, OR. MANY kids with an endless line for rides. We had 6 dogs taking turns for FOUR hours!

This was the "dog pull" part of the fair.

Herb and his buddy Ben taking a well-deserved rest afterward, and NO, Ben doesn't drool THAT much! Just was enthusiastic with his water dish.

Hi Charliebear-

The cart with the rails Herb is pulling in the first picture is from www.dogworks.com. modified with a seat for the kids. It was graciously lended to me by my friend who lost her Bernese Mtn Dog to cancer last month. The cart behind Herb and Ben in the second picture is my homemade cart made of aluminum and redwood my husband made.

Great shots!! What type of harness system do you use on the boys? We are hoping to train Mudji to cart after he grows up enough. DH wants help bringing the wood in from the woods.
