I had the most remarkable experience with Jordan on July 4th. I took him inside the house, actually down into the basement, when the fireworks started so he wouldn't bark because of the noise. He starts to stress on me...in the basement. So I took him back outside with everyone with all the fireworks lighting up the night sky and lo and behold he lays down into his "comfortable" mode (bear-rug with all paws out) and watches the fireworks with us. Calm as can be. He was completely mesmerized by the whole event. I was speechless.
