Maybe try emailing the neighboring regional clubs? Their rescue contacts may have better means to get in touch with SCNC. I hope these guys can find better homes!

There is a post on the Seattle Craigs list for a 1 year old male Newf. I haven't figured out how to link it. I was reluctant to post it because the owner is asking for a $1000 re-home fee. That seems way too high for any rescue group. When I see some of those posts I feel like answering them back with = "You pay me $1000 and I will take that dog off your hands that you don't want anymore."

Rescue does not buy dogs. Many of the ads on Craig's list are replied to, but we typically don't get a response as people want money.

SCNR did reply to this ad, with no response.

Can someone send me the link? I'd like to make contact, see what's up. Still miss my Jordan terrible yet would like to rescue one if it works out. I have no animals in my house and don't like to walk alone, it's quite lonely. (Shhhh, don't tell my husband! )

No, not a word. This brown female was quite pretty. Another sad family situation, owner working out of state alot. Pictured with kids hanging on her, she looked like she was smiling. Maybe someone can try again?
