Hi Liz..
making some rounds to just say hello. Hope you're having a grand weekend.

I would be willing to foster her, but I am expecting another Newf puppy soon from Germany. But I don't want to see a Newf in some shelter. But in any event, if someone in NY won't do it (crazy), I live in southern IL, so it's quite a hike from New York. I am single, have a very demanding job, and I just cannot get in a car to go get the dog. Perhaps the shelter won't like that, but that's reality. It's rather a long way for someone to transport, and perhaps someone else will come forward. As to the fact that she MAY not be friendly with other dogs, may be another issue, although it isn't one for me. Reality is that I have 5 Newfs, and she will have to learn to get along, because all the rest of them do.

You mentioned the Catskills...just how far from Ellenville would you be?
