Hey Nessa, did you get your calendar yet? You will love the one of Pooka! It is an amazing pic of him. It is a really nice calendar. Quite a bit larger than I thought it would be.

She really has grown hasn't she? I tell everyone she's getting her big girl hair!!
I bought a prong today and had it fditted. We are going to test it out tonight. I don';t get it Nessa..she walks perfectly in every scenario except where little ones and drive by's are concerned. Sheesh...I'm working with her as hard as I can but she just might pull my arm out of its socket first ha!

Hey Nessa, my hubby was using his laptop the other day and he said Google Reader suggested he check out this blog. It was Nanook's and Pooka's blog! He has no idea why it would suggest that to him but I do imagine he has looked at some Newf things at work at some point. Anyhow, I told all about your boys and he thinks they are awesome too!

I see you have Kloofbear in your household! I tried for quite a while to get a puppy from Espen's line but to no avail. I should go and check them out again to see if they have puppies.

The pictures at the ocean were great...how nice for the boys to get a break from the winter and being indoors so much.
Can you believe our babies are turning 2? I am going to give Red Bank a call this week to setup and appointment to have Marcus's hips and elbows done for OFA. I don't think we will ever but him in the show ring...while he is big and his head is maturing, he doesn't have heavy bone in his back legs.
What are you planning with neutering? So far Marcus is not showing any raging hormone, pain in the butt behavior...Marcus is still the very low key boss!

I appreciate that. I found out some interesting information about Glad Wags. The original owner sold the business to the 2 sisters a little over a year ago. So, when Kali went there originally, it was a different owner. (Apparently, I am not the only person who has had problems with these sisters.) Anyway, Petsmart in Brick is WONDERFUL. I brought Kali there, she doesn't have to wait, she is NEVER put in a cage, I wait for her and can watch her (except for the bath part) the entire time. She loves the girls there, and she's in and out in less than 45 minutes!! AND IT"S ONLY $52 for a wash & massage, blow dry, nails, ears, brush out and bows for her ears. I am SO very happy with them. And more importantly, so is Kali!! Cosmopawlitan is 1/4 mile from my work. (I work on 34 in Colts Neck). I've never been in there, so I don't have an opinion. I'm glad the boys like it there. I have a funny story to tell you. I finally took Kali for her photo shoot at Paws and Pose in long Branch on Jan 31. While I was there, OF COURSE, conversation went round to other Newf's that go there...............the woman tells me, "Oh, there are 2 Newfie's that come in together some times." so I say, "Oh." "Pooka and Nanook?" The woman says, "Yes, how did you know?" I started to laugh. I explained that the Newf world is kind of special group and if there are other Newfie's in the area, we usually know about them. Apparently Bojie has been there too. Well, long story short, when you go in there next time, look for the picture of Kali in a hat or two. I don't know if Helen framed and hung them up, or they are in the photo rack to review as samples. either way, I love the pictures they took there. Kali looks beautiful. They are sooo nice there. Keep in touch. I hope you and the boys are doing well.
