Wood Floors

Oh no! This really stresses me out! Although I would rather know now...

We have had oak in our old house and the brazillian hardwood in this one, either are great, i have 5 dogs 6 cats - numerous and random chlidren go from the swimming pool straight through the house soaking wet. BUT I had it all replaced with tiles, not due to water, nails or rollablades, but the FLEAS, they love wood! Maybe your climate isn't like ours and it's not an issue.

We'll be at 7900' and I don't think fleas are an issue up there. It is a relatively dry climate with very cold winters.

I put in Berry Laminate Flooring. It's held up well.

The inspector said it is engineered wood. Not sure what kind, but it is throughout the house. Note: current owner's furniture, mine's not close to being this spiffy.
