Some of you may remember this from several months ago. I have entered this video in my first short film contest and I need all the votes I can get. If you would like to help you can click the link and LIKE my video. If you don't already have a Vimeo account it is easy and FREE. It's a great way to store and share precious video memories you have captured. And, there are no commercials!

My Mom died in 2008 from cancer attributed to smoking and this video became outlet for me to deal with her death. Thanks.

I have had some feedback from friends that voting for my video has been difficult because they are not familiar with Vimeo. So I wanted to share some instructions.

1. After you click the link you will see my video with a white heart in the upper right corner with the word, "LIKE" just below it.
5. Click it.
3. The screen will change to a big red heart with the number of people that have LIKED (voted) for it.
4. It will give you two choices: "Log In" or "Join Vimeo".
5. Click on "Join Vimeo".
6. A new screen appears with two choices for membership.
10. Choose "Basic" because it is FREE
7. It will ask for First and Last Name, Email Address, and for you to choose a password so you can log in. It also asks how you found out about Vimeo.
8. Choose "Friend" from the drop down list.
9. Click the box to agree with the Vimeo Terms of Service.
10. Click on Join Vimeo Button.
11. Make sure you log in.
12. Go back to my "Where There Is Smoke" link and click it.
13. Click on the white heart within the upper right corner of my video.

I went back to school to get some more education in order to chase a dream and provide for my family. For the last several months I have been preparing by putting in 12-14 hour days building my brand, web site, free videos for businesses to have content in my portfolio and endless research. I will soon be released by my doctors to work. Having recently undergo a series of epidurals, continued treatment on my dumb broken finger, and clearance from my other doctors for my immune disorder that caused my pulmonary embolism, I am excited to work again. I cannot go back to my original job so I am putting every ounce of my being into this endeavor. I am very excited and nervous but will continue to strive for success. I still manage time with family and my daily walks with Sadie but not as much as I would like. As you can imagine I have had little to no interactions in any of my forums. I am getting closer to my launch date so hopefully that will change.

I appreciate your understanding. These votes can help me get some recognition for my small business video production company I am building. Thanks, Ron
