Water Training

I've been waiting for Judi Adler's new Water Work Water Play book, and it seems it's not going to be ready anytime soon.
I lost my previous copy when I moved.
Can anyone suggest other books I could try for training?
I got as far as take it, hold it and give. Now I don't know what to do from there.
Or, if anyone has a copy of Judi's book they'd like to sell?

Bump...I'm in the same boat. I hope someone has a good suggestion.

That makes 3 of us i emailed Julie before we even got our guy and still no sign of the book or a second hand copy/download available. our guy is 9 months old and has yet to swim, he has walked in and splashed about but no swimming, i'd like him to swim for his own enjoyment and excercise and would like to tech him rescue as a fun hobby for him not for competition or anything. any advice on getting him to take the plunge?
