Wake Up Call

He's a little more polite than his cousin, Maggie. Mags tends to bump us in the nose with her big wet snout, and none too gently, either!

My wake up call is usually Lily (my 13 year old daughter) coaxing Lewis to jump into the bed to give me the most ginormous sloppy kisses on my face and neck. It's the best.:icon_bb:

Gracie sleeps pretty hard these days, but she used to come over to the side of bed and if my hand was hanging over.... she'd stick her nose up by my hand and...put my finger in her nose.
  :D :D

Good grief Nessa. I would have thought those boys would show more respect for a pregnant Mom!!! But then boys will be boys. Hope all is going well.

Haha! Totally what they're thinking. Ben wakes me up at the same time every morning, BUT for some reason Tuesday he missed it and I was totally late. Guess I can't ditch my alarm entirely. Newfy Wake Up is much happier.

Buddy starts with 'the look', and a whiffle, then a poke, then another poke, then a really hard poke, and if you're not putting your slippers on by then he'll wind himself up (huff, huff, huff) for a couple sharp barks.

The chin on the bed covers routine is usally reserved for the 'may I come up and play now?' - after I've already scolded him off once.
