Update on Trance- My rescue

I sent the lady a text this evening asking how Trance was doing and she called me to update me on everything. She went on and on about how much they are in love with her and how even the people in the house beside them love Trance. She then told me how they could not believe how smart and loving she was with them. She is now in the house nightly (I knew it would happen). Their puppy and Trance lay on the sofa with the mother everynight and watch tv together. Trance gets to sleep on the sofa everynight, but that's if she is not in bed with one of the kids.

She told me that even the people next door let her in their house and feed her cause they love her as well. We both agreed that it's been long enough that I should be able to see her without having Trance think I'm coming to get her. We might set up a play date at the dog park once the ground dries.

I'm so happy right now that I can not even express myself. I knew this family was the right fit. The funny thing is, that they saw her in the pound the week before I rescued her and even took her out back to play with, but for some reason did not get her. The lady and I both agree that there were some higher powers at work for sure.

I just wanted to update everyone and share how happy I am with this outcome. :heart:

Seriously, they saw her and played with her? That's fate...it was meant to be. So glad she's doing well in her new home and so glad that you saved her. She's lucky to have had you looking out for her!

That's what blew all our minds, was the fact that they did play with her at the pound. The lady said she should send me a few photos of Trance. I have a few, but they are on my old phone, so I hope she remembers to send them to me. I plan on doing a doggy play date when we both can meet up.

Well, I've told her about this place before, but they are lab people. Trance is a boxer/lab mix. Super sweet girl, but I'm just not the right type of person for a lab. WAY too much enegry. lol
