Undercoat

Is it possible to remove too much undercoat? I have been using a two row, round pin undercoat rake and getting a housecat sized pile of undercoat out of Crycket every few days.

If you are using a rake, then it is ok. You would get better results using a high velocity dryer to get the dead coat out.

The K-9 II or III and the Master Blaster is what most newf owners use. I sell mostly K-9 IIIs though.
