Lots of vitamins in all of them. I can't remember everything I give mine. Oh, yes, garlic, I add fresh packed minced garlic to their veggies, sometimes cod liver oil.
I give mine canned mackerel instead of salmon, it's about half the price. They go crazy for it. I also give them canned sardines sometines. I try to keep these fish to once a week.
