Solo likes Spring

We took the dogs out yesterday to explore a new area (for us all). WOW! It was incredible! Leo had a BLAST running around and Solo loved the marshy areas. I think we'll be revisiting this area often

I'll probably put up a "trip report" on my website tomorrow on this area with lots more pictures. I'll link to it here if I do.

That is a great shot, Rachel! I had to do a double-take because the white parts of Solo's fur blend in with the environment and almost look like the surrounding rocks. Did he go off exploring on his own or did you get down the hill a bit faster than he did? He sure seems intent on sniffing something.

P.S. I was visiting relatives in CA a month ago and was shocked by how green everything was. It looks like it's still that way.

MissMabel- I live in Lake Arrowhead. That area is about 1 mile from our house on Hwy 173, next to The Pinnacles going toward Victorville.

Me, Solo and Leo. Look closely for Leo. He will "swim" in front of us when we hike. Solo almost always stays just behind me. DH took the pictures.
