Skin problems

Hi everyone, It has been eons since I have posted, but Mr. Larry seems to be having some skin issues. We notice he had red spots on this tummy in September. Looked just like ringworm. We tested for ringworm, nothing. Did a skin scraping. Light fungus/yeast. Put him on antibiotics for 3 weeks, weekly bathings with anti fungal shampoo and loads of antifungal foot medicine. We did the baths weekly and foot fungus stuff twice a day until right after Christmas. By New years he started getting a few red spots again. We had a punch biopsy done, nothing. So I changed his food back to Grasslands, from the Wild Prairie and Bison (Acana) , just last week, "hoping"? we had allergies.

Tonight: hubby just found a 1/2 round lesion in his front armpit, with hole in it. Its not wet or weeping, but it looks horrible. I am just worried sick and at my wits end. Any ideas????
I am going to try to include the picture of it, we will see if I can do it !

When Zeke was about a year old he had an inverted nipple, that became infected...from the picture it kinda looked like that. Is it in the same spot as the nipple on the other side? To add I'm no expert, just one of our experiences.

So we double checked, it could be an inverted nipple ?? maybe. just put some TriTop in it. We will see !! Thanks for the reply ! argh !
We are getting a little anxious/
We are leaving him for 11 days with my Mom in about 3 weeks, just want to feel like we have his condition under control !
