This is just an observation of mine. Before I ever donned Dex's siwash, on him, that is, I always used a harness for him in the car while driving. Maybe I am imagining things but I had no problem putting the siwash on him. I think the continual putting on and taking off the car harness helped alot. What about anyone else out there that has done carting?
