Sirus Black needs a home

This breaks my heart - the dog that played sirius black in the harry potter movies has been turned over to german shephard rescue:

(It also breaks my heart because this of course led me to looking for pets on petfinder, and there's a great pyr up for adoption. I would love to take her, but I really don't think I can handle the barking. *sigh* I guess it's better to know one's limits...but why do people do this to their dogs?! /vent)

the barking in some is not bad and you can train a barker( PYR) to control it in the pyrs......i used a small air horn to correct the behavior in Gandolph

That is so sad. I know, though, that there are a bazillion Harry Potter fans lining up to adopt the poor guy. They will take good care of him, I'm sure.

Ah, I saw this yesterday. I was feeling to nerdy to post it. Glad I am not alone For those who have not seen Harry Potter and the Prisioner of Azkaban Padfoot is the Animagos of Sirius Black's (Gary Oldman) character.
