Easy
1. The chorizo normally comes in links and is packed 6 to a package that weigh a pound.
2. Cook till done over low heat. Stir often, you really don't want it browned.
3. After it is done, about 20 or 30 minutes, add 6 whole eggs. If you don't like sqigglies, take them out.
4. Cook and stir until eggs are cooked and not runny
5. Serve with warm flour tortillas.
Thats about it. It's pretty simple.
