No not my Samantha!!!
Remember the rescue I fostered named Smokie? She was adopted by a family that had a 2 yr old Newfie named Samantha.
Samantha had to be put to sleep because of cancer and severe hip problems. She needed a total hip replacement, when they were getting medical tests done for the surgery they found she had cancer. Her hips were so bad she could not stand without assistance. She laid down to eat and they kept water next to her. She would try to move and just drag her rear end on the floor. They could not bear to watch her suffer and the specialist told them she really had no chance to survive any surgery, they decided to end her misery. She crossed the rainbow bridge on Oct 24th in the arms of her loving family. She had just turned 3 years old
She was a wonderful girl. She came often for visits, just to play with Sam, Adam and Panda.
