River King Members at National Obedience Invitational Regional

RKNC would like to Congratulate Russ Kroeger & Sylvia Steiling on Java's (Allison Acres Cappuccino II, UDX2, THD) and Luna's (Allison Acres Music of the Night UDX3, OM1, THD) success at the NOI Regional held last weekend at the NCOTC Obedience trial. There were 42 teams competing, 21 of which were OTCH dogs, and Java placed 11th and Luna placed 34th. In a trial where the entries were mainly Border Collies and Golden Retrievers it was great to see the Newfies strut their stuff, proving that they are not only beautiful but equally as intelligent.
Way to go Russ, Sylvia, Java & Luna!!!!!

That's wonderful! Russ and Sylvia sat at our table at the Nationals Banquet. They are the most dedicated obedience advocates. I'm so happy they did so well and showed our Newfies proud!!
